Villas — Revenant Collective
Villas

A home where a hotel would be.

Full-staff residences, private chefs, and concierge support — in the places worth staying a full week.

The offering

Engineered around the trip, not the inventory.

Hotels optimize for throughput. Villas optimize for the trip. The day changes when the kitchen is yours, the pool is yours, and the housekeeper knows how you drink your coffee by day two.

Revenant keeps a tight list of residences — inspected by us or booked by us — with on-site property managers, private chefs, and round-the-clock concierge support.

We pre-arrange the pieces that tend to make the week: chef menus, groceries, sitters, spa days, and reservations at the restaurants that don't answer the phone.

Property types

Matched to the mission.

01

Beach & coastal

Caribbean · Med · Pacific

Oceanfront residences with private pools, direct beach access, and watercraft on property.

02

Mountain & ski

Aspen · Tahoe · Alps

Ski-in/ski-out chalets, fireside lounges, private cinemas, wine cellars — and the chef to match.

03

City townhouse

NYC · Paris · London

Full townhouses for extended urban stays with hotel-level service and none of the hotel.

04

Private estate

Compounds · Islands

Multi-residence estates for family reunions, destination weddings, and corporate offsites.

The right option is not the cheapest or the fastest. It is the one that matches the trip.
How it works

From first call to final mile.

  1. 01 · Lifestyle brief

How you want the week to feel, not just where it should happen. Rhythm of the day, meals, activities, pace.

  2. 02 · Curated shortlist

Three to five properties with honest commentary from people who've actually stayed there.

  3. 03 · Pre-arrival orchestration

Menus, groceries, flowers, kids' activities, and reservations locked in before you land.

  4. 04 · On-site specialist

A dedicated contact through the stay. For anything from a late-night cocktail run to a helicopter transfer.

Questions

The questions we get most.

How much does a staffed villa cost per week?

Weekly rates range from $15,000 for a four-bedroom coastal villa in shoulder season to over $500,000 for marquee estates in peak season (Aspen at Christmas, St. Barts at New Year, the South of France in August). Most clients book properties in the $35,000–$150,000 per week range.

What's included with a staffed villa?

Typically the residence, housekeeping, a property manager, and concierge support. Private chef, sommelier, butler, childcare, spa therapists, drivers, and security are arranged à la carte based on the property and your brief. We pre-stock the kitchen, coordinate menus, and handle reservations before arrival.

Which destinations do you book villas in?

Primary markets: the Caribbean (St. Barts, Turks and Caicos, Anguilla, Mustique), the Mediterranean (French Riviera, Amalfi, Mykonos, Ibiza), the Mountain West (Aspen, Jackson Hole, Deer Valley), the Alps (Courchevel, Verbier, Zermatt), and city townhouses in New York, London, and Paris.

Do you vet the properties yourself?

Yes. Every residence we book has either been inspected by our team or has an active on-site property manager we've worked with before. We don't list from public inventories we haven't verified.

Can you arrange a villa for a wedding or multi-family reunion?

Frequently. For compounds and multi-residence estates we coordinate the full event — catering, florals, transport, staffing, and the week-long rhythm around the main days.
