Revenant Collective was founded by V. Cole Hambright, an aviation executive and entrepreneur whose career in high-end travel is defined by both hands-on operations and strategic charter leadership. Cole's passion for the industry was sparked early, spending afternoons with his grandfather watching aircraft depart and arrive at Fullerton Airport (KFUL) in Southern California. By age 15, he was working on his private pilot license and working on the ramp fueling aircraft at that same airport, gaining a firsthand look into the inner workings of aviation.

He attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earning a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics with minors in Business Management and Unmanned Aerial Systems. During college, after earning his commercial license, Cole flew skydive aircraft in Arizona while working toward his multi-engine and certified flight instructor ratings. After graduating, he moved to Maui to instruct full-time, expanding both his technical skills and leadership experience.

Following his time in the cockpit, Cole transitioned into charter sales and quickly rose to become Vice President of Sales for a Part 135 operator managing a fleet of ultra long-range, heavy, and mid-size jets. He then served as Managing Director for a global jet and yacht brokerage, where he helped clients elevate their travel beyond logistics, focusing on tailored, high-touch experiences across air and sea.

Having handled high-stakes trips for politicians, prominent executives, entertainers, and athletes, Cole developed a clear understanding of what separates transactional service from exceptional service. That mindset drives Revenant — a collective built to deliver refined, end-to-end travel experiences with precision, style, and care.
